Our artists take 1-4 business days to design your custom artwork. Then, we custom print the fabric and sew your Plushy by hand! It takes 3-7 days for your order to ship.

What size is the Plushy?
The Plushy is designed to be OVERSIZED and as a ONE SIZE FITS MOST. It is based on a 6XL hoodie.
What type of photo should I upload?
High-quality, original photos are best. Good lighting is important, make sure your pet's face isn't shaded or shadowed. Photos taken outside are best.
Position matters, try to upload a face-on photo of your pet. If they are sitting/standing and looking directly at the camera that is best.
How many photos should I upload?
Please upload one photo of each pet. If you upload more than one photo per pet our artists will select which photos from your upload to use for the artwork on your Plushy™
Still not sure about the photo?
Our artists are award winning professionals, they can usually work with whatever photo you upload. That being said, we can appreciate your effort in trying to select the best possible one. Chat with us, or send us an email! We would be happy to help you pick one out.
How long after I place my order can I expect to receive my Plushy™ ?
One of the amazing things about the Plushy™ is that it's custom made, just for you!
After you place your order:
- Our artists create your pet's custom illustration.
- We use that illustration to create the artwork for your Plushy™
- The artwork is pushed into production
- Fabric is printed, cut, sewn, and fully assembled.
- Your finished Plushy™ passes our quality check and is ready to ship.
It takes us 3-7 business days to create your Plushy™ , and shipping time varies based on the shipping method you've selected at checkout.
I have more than three pets, how can I add them?
If you have more than three pets you'd like to include on your Plushy™ we would be happy to help you with that. For more information, chat with us, or send us an email at hello@theplushy.co
I don't want to choose a pattern icon, can it just be my pet's face?
Yes! During pattern selection, there is an option to choose "blank" or "no pattern". If you select this option we will not use an icon in your pattern, instead, the pattern will just be your pet's face.
I like this but I'm looking for something a bit more custom, do you do special requests?
Yes! Believe it or not, we take special requests all the time. If you have an idea for something specific you'd like just chat with us, or send us an email to hello@theplushy.co
